The Process


1. Let’s Connect

First things first – we get to know you. After completing a short questionnaire, we’ll schedule a call to discuss your travel style, preferences, specific needs, and personal interests. This enables us to curate a personalized itinerary that fits your style and vision.

2. Trip Design

After we’ve gotten to know you and have confirmed our services are a good match, we will begin researching and designing the trip of your dreams.  Based on the information you shared, we will create a proposed itinerary of trusted recommendations, inclusive of  accommodations, activities, tours, and more. Together, we will work to fine tune the details until we have created the perfect itinerary tailored just for you.


3. Reservations

Once we have settled on the final itinerary, we’ll confirm and book all aspects of the trip and will notify you of important information such as cancellation policies and deposit due dates.  We will work to secure VIP treatment for you along the way (i.e. potential room upgrades, resort credits, and more) through our established relationships with luxury properties around the world.

4. Ready for Departure

Before you depart, we’ll make sure you’re prepared and ready to go.  We’ll send you your final documents including your customized itinerary, confirmations, and contacts.  Then it’s time to relax and enjoy!  Be sure to share your experiences with us by tagging us at @theatlasupgrade and don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions along the way.

5. Follow-Up

When you’ve returned safely home from your travels, we would love to hear from you and talk through all aspects of your trip.  Your feedback is extremely important to us to ensure your next travel experience is even more memorable.
